SURVEY: Who would YOU like to see featured as an expert in this series? Choose your expert…
FutureofInfoMarketing.com Add comments“The Future of Information Marketing: Pros, Cons and Predictions” is an important and valueable project because the answers from each top industry leader reveal one of their #1 success tips, their #1 costly mistakes to avoid tip and their own vision and prediction of where the industry is heading. These 15-minute calls move fast but pack a lot of insights that even I would quickly pay for and invest time with.
I already have dozens of calls scheduled (aiming for over 50 but we’ll likely greatly surpass that)… but it’s quite possible that the person (or persons) you’d like to hear from are not YET on our list.
Furthermore, if I see that someone is being requested over and over and over again, then obviously it suggests that I need to put extra time and effort to securing that individual for our 15-minute discussion.
So please do let me know: who would YOU like to hear featured in this series? Please use the Comments link and enter the name (or names) of the experts and infopreneurs you’d most like to have featured in our series.
Reminder: At this time I’m looking for experienced information marketers. So that doesn’t necessarily mean all internet marketers (as not all are involved with information products) and it can certainly include “offline” information marketers (ie: accomplished infopreneurs who hardly even touch the internet for their business).

Rob,
Ryan Allis from Icontact is a very interesting speaker and quite a success story on its own
November 5th, 2008 at 3:02 pm
Brain Tracy is a very interesting speaker
November 5th, 2008 at 5:47 pm
I suppose I could suggest any number of “big name” success storied speakers, including (but not limited to) Frank Kern, Matt Bacak, Willie Crawford, Alex Mandossian, Rich Schefren, Mike Filsaime, or others that I may have neglected to mention. No slight intended, nor inferred by my list above. Who would I like to suggest?
I’d like to suggest someone who is developing what may just be the ultimate in tracking software. A man who has expounded on the “Information Marketing Operating System”, and who released an awesome video a short while back called “Overcoming The Trust Barrier”. This person does NOT know I’m suggesting him, so I’m none too sure that he’d be able to do this, he is “Doug Hudiburg”.
Be Well!

Hi Rob, I have two great idols, they were the ones who showed me ‘the way’: Ann Sieg and Ken Evoy. They are great candidates.

November 6th, 2008 at 2:32 am
I wonder if we could get Mark Joyner vision and prediction on the future of information marketing. Robert Allens’ would also be good.
November 6th, 2008 at 6:00 am
Jimmy D. Brown
Jeff Johnson
They are the two of the internet marketers that I like the most and would never unsubscribed from their lists.
November 6th, 2008 at 8:45 pm
Great suggestions so far. Some of these individuals are already on the roster (in fact, a couple of them already are interviewed!)… but new ones have been added.
Who else?
November 7th, 2008 at 1:17 am
Hi There
Would it be possible to have Stephen Pierce and Mari
Smith included on your list of speakers…..hope so!!
Many Thanks
Viv
November 7th, 2008 at 3:56 am
Hi all,
Seeing as I just decided, this afternoon, that “2009 is MINE”, this fine offer dropping in out of the blue appears to be an omen.
I had a feeling that today was going to be a good day.
Or it might just have been indigestion.

November 7th, 2008 at 4:09 am
Can’t help but notice that all the names mentioned are MEN. There are some great women infomarketers, like Paulette Ensign, Joan Stewart and Marcia Yudkin. Please give us some diversity instead of the same old “old boys.”
November 7th, 2008 at 6:23 am
Two more names
Mike Dillard and John Reese
November 7th, 2008 at 8:26 am
Mark Joyner, David Preston, Honest Holly (honestriches.com), Zig Ziglar, and… well, this may be funny as he isn’t exactly an online marketer, but he does know the internet trends…Bill Gates.
November 7th, 2008 at 9:28 am
2 marketers that I follow for “the future” are Mark Joyner and Rich Schefren.
Maybe someone outside “mainstream” internet marketing, in the area of business development, but still involved in Internet Marketing. Steven Covey is probably beyond anyone’s ability to access, but someone like that. Marc Buckingham (the “strengths” author), maybe.
Of the straightforward IMers, Russell Brunson (since he seems to do a lot of analytical work) and Frank Kern (just to hear him limit himself to 15 mintues of talking! ha ha ha!
plus he is enormously entertaining, in addition to providing 3 or 4 “a-ha” moments in every presentation)
November 7th, 2008 at 9:31 am
Frank Kern - he has a very iconoclastic approach.
Steve
November 7th, 2008 at 9:41 am
Moshen, very valid point. As you’ll find though, it seems male marketers are still more focused on name branding than our female counterparts. That says nothing about accomplishment, skills and talents, it just seems men try to hog the limelight more than women… so their names are easier to find when thinking up invitation lists.
That being said, I do have over a dozen wome on the roster already. I appreciate your new contributions. Can you specify which website/product/project they work with? Otherwise, I’m sure I’ll find it with a bit of research.
Annadene,
Thanks for a reminder for Holly. She’s now on the list. I keep in touch with her affiliate manager off and on so I’ll be speaking to him as well about all this. Mark Joyner is being contacted and we should be able to pull him in the mix.
As for Bill Gates … that would indeed be very interesting (and the price of the finished course could easily be raised from $197 to $1997 just with his inclusion).
NOTE: We’re looking for experienced information marketers vs. internet marketers. The distinction is that there are a long list of “internet marketers” (ie: online business owners) who are not in the information marketing arena. And, there are many accomplished information marketers who hardly even make use of the internet.
Thanks again for everyone’s ideas. Please do keep them comiing.
** And don’t be afraid to post the same name. At least it shows that more would like to hear from any given speaker. So just because your preferred speaker is already listed, please put in your vote. **
November 7th, 2008 at 9:48 am
I always enjoyed Marc Joyner, even if he doesn’t seem to feel the vibes lastly, I think he has very good ieas about the future of internet marketing. Also somene who is very hot but hard to catch is Seth Godin .

Rob,
I’d like to suggest Troy White. He would be very a good expert guest for your series. He has some very good marketing chops especially combining online and offline direct response marketing.

November 7th, 2008 at 10:51 am
I’d like to hear Paul Meyers views on this topic.
For someone from a different perspective, how about Milana Leshinsky? She does information marketing in the coaching field and usually has very interesting things to say.
November 7th, 2008 at 11:30 am
Lynne Terry, Michelle McPhereson, Holly Mann, Tiffany Dow,Jack Humphrey, Nathan Anderson, John Carlton. Just to name a few.
Thank you for interviewing the 1’s already.
November 7th, 2008 at 2:28 pm
Hi Rob
I would like to see an interview with Stephen Pierce & Dan kennedy himself and see what they are saying about this very sensitive topic?
Thanks for putting together this hot and incredible series.

Excellant interviews already. One name that is so far conspicuos by it’s absence is Derel Gehl of the Internet Marketing Center.
November 8th, 2008 at 7:38 am
Rob, the Gates idea is worth to pursue. Agree if it will then become a $1997 product
November 8th, 2008 at 5:15 pm
Hi Rob
I would appreciate word from:
J Abraham, Bill Meyers, B Gates, Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, Paul Allen and I would also appreciate coments from Gary Halbert - but it is too late…
November 9th, 2008 at 12:24 am
I would like to hear what Dirk Dupon & David Vallieres have to expound.
Thanks for a great series, of immense value to all levels.
November 9th, 2008 at 10:27 pm
Hi Rob,
All excellent suggestions above. Would like to see Sid Hale and Stephanie Mulac included.
Thanks,
John
November 10th, 2008 at 9:24 am
I would like to see Dan Kennedy get interviewed…don’t see that here…and perhaps Mark Joyner.
November 10th, 2008 at 3:37 pm
You could invite Brett McFall from Australia! Thanks.
November 10th, 2008 at 8:43 pm
Mark Hendricks would be way at the top of my list. Stephen Pierce and Debra Thompson-Roedl are both doing some impressive things also.

Imprssive list. Pretty new to IM.
The level that I am in - is far below.
But I would like to add - Dr.Mani, THE Fortins, Rich S, Yaro along with Jenn D.
November 11th, 2008 at 8:46 am
Let’s try to bag the elephant - I’d like to hear an interview with Gary Bencivenga
November 11th, 2008 at 2:41 pm
Being a relative newbie to internet marketing I am unfamiliar with most of th the above names beyond:Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Steve Wozniak, J Abraham and Dan (’the auctioneer’?) Kennedy.
A couple that might be of some interest would be Yaro Starak in Australia and Howie Schwartz, although .. Howie might attempt to take over and make it his own .. Looking FORWARD.
Nick
November 11th, 2008 at 4:47 pm
It would also be good to hear an interview with Ken McCarthy.
November 11th, 2008 at 9:50 pm
you need to hear Carrie Wilkerson, the barefoot exec or @barefoot_exec on twitter. charming, insightful, authentic, get it done attitude. she will inspire and educate.
thanks and take care

November 12th, 2008 at 12:48 am
I think Ryan Deiss would be interesting.
November 12th, 2008 at 1:18 am
2 words: Eric Louviere.
November 12th, 2008 at 2:22 am
Ken Evoy is someone who doesn’t seem to be associated with the mainstream gurus, but his free stuff is better than most. I think that would be an excellent interview.
November 12th, 2008 at 6:30 am
This guy is a multi-millionare and he made it in
info marketing.
Matt Furey
November 12th, 2008 at 9:36 am
I don’t see Alex Goad’s name yet or Clayton Makepeace or Daniel Levis to name a few.
November 12th, 2008 at 3:26 pm
Great suggestions. It’s interesting how several of these I was already in scheduling with and how many others are on the roster for invitations.
Keep them coming.
November 12th, 2008 at 6:17 pm
Bob Serling is a heavy hitter who has always some very good insights and systems. The guy is really creative.
November 13th, 2008 at 7:03 am
I would love to hear from Dirk Dupont. I am a total newbie on this subject but I have found Dirk to be a great help for me. I would sit up and take note of his opinion . He is not pushy and seems to have a way to talk to you personally. Works for me anyway. I am glad I found this site. JJB
November 14th, 2008 at 12:21 am
Chris Rempel gets my vote.
From time to time you encounter individuals whose knowledge gives rise to a ‘leap’, rather than a ’step’ forward, in your understanding.
The knowledge I’ve acquired from Chris (for peanuts) puts him right up there in my Champions League, with the likes of Ryan Deiss, Rob Toth, Jeff Johnson, Doug Hudiburg and Brad Fallon.
I recently got to a point where I was deluding myself that I knew about 85% to 90% of what was necessary to ‘make it’ online. But, as usual, pride comes before a fall. Then I started to consume what Chris had to say. I’ve now stopped thinking in percentage terms, and resigned myself to the fact that none us probably ever know much more than half of what’s out there in IM & Marketing World (With the exception of Dan Kennedy of course!).
Cheers
Max
November 14th, 2008 at 8:28 pm
Hi Rob,
I would love to hear Carrie Wilkerson interviewed. She is very full of energy and information! You have really got some fantastic interviews on this site! Thanks Jean
November 16th, 2008 at 11:37 am
Alex Goad is really good and inspires you to take action. Would love to add him to the list.
November 16th, 2008 at 7:50 pm
I would like to see Gary Bacchetti (the ‘gentle mentor’),
interviewed, as he is my own mentor and I think he is just
FABULOUS! He teaches how important it is to build
a responsive mailing list. And that with that responsive
list, you can do very very well. I am sure that you know
how to get in touch with Gary Bacchetti, Rob, and I hope
that you can interview him for the project.
November 18th, 2008 at 12:58 pm
I would like tosee lexndria Brown the Ezine Queen.
November 18th, 2008 at 2:45 pm
Hi, Rob!
Thanks for getting that rave interview
with Mike Mograbi, whom I had the
privilege of being a partner with in
the co-founding of http://www.imnewswatch.com.
You have already amassed an excellent
array of interviews from some pretty
powerful online luminaries.
However, I would like to suggest that
you interview “The King” of I.M.,
Terry Dean, as well as my friend and
visionary Marketer John Delavera.
Jay Abraham would be an excellent
candidate for your series–and Ted
Nicholas too, if you can get him.
Other suggestions include:
J.L. Scott, Ph.D. of iCop fame;
Diane Hughes, as well as a couple
of “old timers” like Len Thurmond,
Dan B. Cauthron and Paul Myers–
it would be very interesting to
get their perspective, having
“been there” in the Net’s early
days.
I would also like to suggest the
inclusion of brief PDF bio of
each interviewee in the finished
product, so that listeners can
get a better idea of who they’re
listening to and what expertise
they are bringing to the table.
Thanks for creating such a valuable
product, Rob, and for inviting us to
be a a part of this phenomenal launch!
Seeking YOUR Success,
Stephen Boutelle,
“The Premiere Info-Strategist”
Eph. 5:16: “Redeeming the time/Making
the MOST of every opportunity.”
November 18th, 2008 at 3:29 pm
Stephen, thanks for chiming in. And credit is certainly owed to you for your efforts in making IMNewsWatch.com happen. Congrats to each of you.
Appreciate the suggestions. A lot of decade+ experts are indeed being invited. I needed to establish a foundation of panelists first and (am continually aiming for more) feedback / comments /testimonials re: this series. THIS allows them to see that there is indeed a demand for this (you’d be surprised as some of the initial skepticism towards a quick 15-min, 3-question call format).
As for the product development… absolutely. There are other “pieces to the puzzle” that will be in the works. And your idea is already accounted for (though I appreciate you confirming that it would be of value).
To everyone else… your input here and on any of the interviewees posts specifically is well appreciated. Best of success!
November 19th, 2008 at 7:00 pm
Milana Leshinsky has an amazing life story … growing her businesses to the levels she has as an immigrant, Mom and wife - wow!
She’s building an empire - not just a business, she has financial freedom and more importantly time freedom - she isn’t a slave to her income!
She’d be totally inspiring and certainly not just another “good ‘ole boy”
Let’s here it for Milana!
November 20th, 2008 at 11:21 am
Thank you for the series!! i’ve listened to about 8 of them but downloaded them all. This is great.
How about hearing from someone like Jim Daniels? He’s been in teh game a long time.
Also, Alex Jeffries and Adeel Chowdhary. Let’s get some UK guys in the mix.
And what about some of the info marketers in the Real Estate market? I work in that niche and would like to hear their input for this….
Tom Rasi
November 21st, 2008 at 10:09 am
Jonny Andrews, To me he is a no BS, sometimes tuff to listen too, because he tells how it is straight from the hip. A young man that has made money in the info marketing biz. Willing to listen to you and give you input. The real deal man to contact and not untouchable.
I personally think that Jonny is a sleeping giant.
I was really glad to see his name listed.
Jonny, you are an Inspiration to Info marketing business!
November 22nd, 2008 at 7:41 am
A lot of great names on the list so far. There’s one name I’m surprised I haven’t seen yet, one of the top marketers on the internet. Yanik Silver. And Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen would be nice additions, too.
November 23rd, 2008 at 10:04 am
How about Lisa Diane and Michael Cheney?
Both have enjoyed amazing results and are
incredibly inspirational.
Another up and coming motivator is Alex Jeffreys.
November 23rd, 2008 at 6:55 pm
Yaro Starak and Alex Mandossian
November 24th, 2008 at 7:38 am
How about Sherman Hu?
He is very intelligent, witty, a wonderful speaker and a social marketing genius with his products.
November 26th, 2008 at 6:33 pm
I am a complete newcomer to this industry but I have listened to Mr Jim Rohn, Mr Brian Tracy, Mr Stephen Siebel and many many more to try to educate myself,
if they are not available how about a complete unknown
I will have to check my diary.
November 27th, 2008 at 12:41 am
How about Sean Mize
November 27th, 2008 at 2:29 am
I’d like to see, well listen to, Phil Wiley and Allan Gardyne both from Australia, my beautiful country.
November 27th, 2008 at 6:16 pm
Jack Humphrey and Kevin Reily
November 29th, 2008 at 6:46 pm
Hi Warner… Kevin Riley is already in our roster. You’ll find currently available interviews on the right hand margin of this blog. Scroll down to find Kevin Riley.
December 2nd, 2008 at 10:50 am
I would like to see the following:
Dana Fox, Paulie Sables, Alex Jeffries, Michael Cheney, Russell Brunson, Anik Singal, Mike filsaime, Stephan Pierce, Mark Joyner, Ron the NichProf, Jack Humphrey. Thanks.
December 2nd, 2008 at 10:51 am

December 2nd, 2008 at 3:49 pm
Hi Rob,
Russell Brunson, Mike Filsaime, Michael Rasmussen, Jeff Johnson, Howie Schwartz, Mark Joyner, Yanik Silver, Mike Dillard, Rich Schrefren, Dan Kennedy would certainly be wonderful, and of course, Frank MassControl Kern.
December 9th, 2008 at 2:09 pm
He is kind of under the radar, a great teacher, very giving, a very wise Internet Marketer with a lot of integrity and he was also the behind the scenes guy from the Next Internet Millionaire. Who is it? Eric Holmlund. That guy knows stuff he isn’t bragging about. Get Eric!!
December 31st, 2008 at 6:45 am
I’d have to say Mike Filsaime is tied in my book with Reed Floren.
January 13th, 2009 at 7:45 pm
Jeff Johnson please
January 18th, 2009 at 10:45 am
Mark Joyner and Honest Holly would be interesting.
Thanks,Bill
January 31st, 2009 at 7:26 pm
My vote(s) are for Allen Gardyne and Stephen Pierce.
January 31st, 2009 at 8:48 pm
A marketer I would like to get his take on The Future of Information Marketing is Jimmy D. Brown of Benchmark Publishing and Infoprofitshare.com.
January 31st, 2009 at 10:38 pm
I would definitely like to hear what Mr. Shawn Casey has to say!
January 31st, 2009 at 10:58 pm
It took a while for anyone to mention his name, but finally about half way down, I saw Brian Fuller mentioned an Icon, none other than Yanik Silver! His vision with “Maverick Business Insider” is a great idea! As Yanik says Himself; “He is out to change the game of How Business is played.” He literally desires to make the world a better place to live; via the Business World. His Motto is: ” Make More Money, Have More Fun & GIVE BACK MORE!” Something, not many Online “Guru’s” even think about, much less put into action! Yanik is the “ONE” I would like to see on the list. BTW…what ever happened to Marlon Sanders?
And it’s a shame, we don’t have the priveledge of hearing what “Cory Rudl” would’ve had to say! He is dearly missed in the IM world, but his partner; (Derek Gehl) would be a good choice as well. Other than them; the one person I have been following lately and involved with His Affiliate Programs is Mike Filsaime! When I disappeared from the face of Internet Marketing 5 years ago…(Not that anyone knows who I am…because I am still a “Wannabe”)… Mike Filsaime wasn’t heard of…then I come back into I.M. and he is all over the place! WOW! He’s doing something right! Let’s hear his thoughts!
Another good choice in my opinion is: Stone Evans…he has made quite a name for himself; digging his way out of a restaurant and into a 6 figure income!
And finally; “The Super Affiliate” himself: Ewen Chia. He has made a fortune as an Affiliate.
O.K. I’ve taken up enough room here and hopefully, when I finish reading all of these guys eBooks an implement their ideas and formulas…You will have heard of me within a few years! (LOL)(I’m serious!) Bart Ebinger
February 3rd, 2009 at 2:08 am
Thanks everyone for the votes!
This will be a great list to pick from for next season. The interview series is now closed.
NOTE: While I appreciate the enthusiasm, there are a number of requests that were made here for speakers that were (even at that time) already live.
For example, Kevin Riley, Mike Filsaime, Russell Brunson, Ewen Chia (and many others) are requested here well after their audios have been uploaded.
I encourage you to visit http://www.FutureOfInfoMarketing.com (continually updated) to have a visual of all the 74 speakers included in the final roster.
Any experts that were missed was simply based on time constraints. When working with this many packed schedules, it’s a balancing act getting these interviews in place …
However, anyone who was missed will be a priority for the 2010 edition! So make SURE you register at http://www.FutureOfInfoMarketing.com to be notified next year
February 5th, 2009 at 8:32 am
Hi rob sorry to hear that it’s all over for 2009 these people would have been great Andrew Reynolds,Tim lowe,Nick James,Aurelius Tjin,Gabor Olah,Edmund Loh and me Imran Yousaf well sort of still working on my project
February 7th, 2009 at 10:14 pm
It would be interesting to have both Rich Schefren & Eben Pagan join in, Frank Kern, Dan Sullivan, Joelcomm, Joe Polish from Piranha Marketing or perhaps Sir Richard Branson to both help & advise of the best marketing strategies avalaible throughout 2009 and beyond. There could be no personal reference to just one person, to make the Web 2.0 environment secure and bring about a radical change in the way marketing is done, we would have to embrace the best kept secrets through the knowledge of all of these people and combine it down to an over ruling vote that everyone agrees on. So My Vote goes to all of the selections listed and I’m certain beyond doubt, armed with such powerful information we can all make a committed stand towards bringing about the changes that are necessary.
February 10th, 2009 at 3:33 pm
Here’s my wish list for the next round:

February 11th, 2009 at 3:51 pm
Two names I haven’t yet come across on the list who I would love to see are Michael Cheyney and Eben Pagan.
I feel sure that they could add some valuable content.
February 13th, 2009 at 6:06 am
Frank Kern…
He’s one of those laid back guys who deceptively has his act together. In just simple conversation he exposes his techniques and before you know it you’re right in the middle of one. Obviously subtle genius…
