   Hi Rob, this is Christopher B. Another note, this time about Brian McElroy, what he said about surrounding yourself with experts and also if a person is just getting started, they may want to join a structured mentor program. Brian being in RIO, the sound lost a little bit but I still could hear it. Thanks for this (continued) good series. CB
