Loved the interview with Mark Anastasi. Met up with him in London and he is every bit as pleasant in real life.
Great insight into the ideas of passive income.
From an incredible low (broke, but in his comfort zone) - he used one of the simplest techniques - using a pen and paper!

Then a chance meeting with Francis at a seminar was the final trigger to get him into the Internet Business.
He started without a computer of his own and used cybercafes.
More insight to a chap who’s first language wasn’t English.
Good to hear about the mix of online and offline tips.

Mark’s story is very similar to mine, except that I am still almost on the street and wanting to get back on my feet again - just like Mark.
His tip on finding a target group with a problem or challenge and then provide a solution for them instead of concentrating on what to sell on the internet was simply brilliant.
Another interesting discussion was on our limiting beliefs which certainly will get in our way if we let. He managed to get out of that e g by writing down 100 ways to make money.
It is a great relief to hear stories like that when you are in a rut yourself. I feel much better about myself now.
